Bergen once were the main port of export for stockfish to the southern hemisphere. This year we will blend our traditions with the main export from the southern hemisphere, the Tango. During this weekend you will be able to enjoy concerts, dancing and workshops with the finest of teachers and musicians - in an intimate and cheerful encounter with our old hanseatic city among the seven mountains at the west coast of Norway.

You can feel the smell of it! The stockfish is there! You can hear it! The tango music is playing! Let us merge, import, export, blend, boil, and together prepare the meal.

The new dish is served and its name is TangoBacalao. You are most welcome to enjoy the meal. Approvece!
